On Tuesday, Sept. 5, beginning at 2 p.m., the Council will receive a follow-up briefing on the proposed Northpoint Small Area Plan. The last briefing on this proposed plan was held in February of this year. Since then, representatives from the City have been meeting with stakeholders about the plan.
