Avenues Community Plan Update
Salt Lake City is updating the Avenues Community Plan, which was adopted in 1987. This update will do the following:
- Create a vision for the Avenues Community for the next 10 years.
- Align the Avenues Community Plan with Plan Salt Lake.

Existing Conditions Report
This Existing Conditions Report provides a comprehensive overview of the Avenues Community’s current demographics, land use, connectivity, open space and natural resources, historic and cultural assets and infrastructure. Serving as a “snapshot in time,” this report helps establish a foundational understanding of the Community’s present state.
