Cameron Cook, representing the property owner, is seeking Conditional Use approval for a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at 1791 W Alps Way. The property is in the R-1/7,000 Single-Family Residential zoning district. The ADU will be a single story and measure approximately 630-square-feet and will be constructed in the rear yard behind the primary residence.

  • During and following this comment period, the Planning Division will evaluate the proposal against the applicable standards, taking into consideration public comments as they relate to the standards, and develop a recommendation for the Planning Commission.
  • The Planning Commission will then hold a public hearing for additional public comments and make the final decision on the matter.
