At their November 7, 2023 meetings, the Council:

• Held a follow-up discussion on a proposal to amend Salt Lake City Code to add a chapter for zoning incentives and adding affordable housing incentives
• Welcomed Girl Scout Troop 1607 and their troop leader, Marie Gunn, to present the colors during the formal meeting
• Joined Mayor Erin Mendenhall to recognize Nov. 20 as Transgender Day of Remembrance in Salt Lake City
