It was brought to our attention during last night’s meeting that the Webex information listed on our website was incorrect. This prevented some attendees from participating in the 7 p.m. formal meeting. Our staff truly apologizes to all who attempted to use this incorrect information and could not participate. Transparency, ease of access, and open participation in our government process is a priority to us, and an honor Council Members and staff take seriously.
Again, we apologize for this. Council staff members are updating the processes for sharing Webex meeting access information, and are taking steps to further verify correct meeting information.
