Sugar House Hotel Rezone & Master Plan Amendment
The Council is considering a request to rezone property at 2111 S. 1300 E. and amend the Sugar House Master Plan to allow the development of a hotel. On Tuesday, March 24, at 7 p.m., the Council will hold a public hearing to gather feedback on the proposal.
