Each year, Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities provides this Drinking Water Quality Report to keep our customers informed about the safety and quality of their drinking water. This report contains important information about our drinking water system, including the results of all regulated contaminants detected during 2025.
To ensure the highest standards of water quality, we routinely test our drinking water for more than 200 contaminants. The report also includes any required public notices related to water quality and reflects our ongoing commitment to transparency, public awareness, and the delivery of safe, high-quality drinking water that meets or exceeds all federal and state regulatory standards.
We are pleased to report that no drinking water violations were issued to the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities in 2025.
