COVID-19 Billing Information Update: A series of emergency declarations by Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall to suspend water service shut offs during the pandemic has been lifted. Charges continued to accrue during the emergency period, and shut offs for non-payment have begun again. However, we want to work with our customers who are struggling to pay their bills. If you are delinquent with your payments, please call our customer service team as soon as possible at 801-483-6900. They will work to arrange a payment plan with you on a regular schedule. You must stay current each month with the agreed-upon payment amount to avoid a water service shut off. For more information, please see our Director’s notification in English and in Spanish.
