Salt Lake City has received a Conditional Use request from T-Mobile, represented by Craig Chagnon of Crown Castle USA Inc., to install a new antenna array with 9 new antennas on top of an existing monopole cellular antenna as well as new ground mounted electrical equipment on the property located at approximately 745 N Warm Springs Road. The subject property is located within the M-1 Light Manufacturing District. This zoning district requires that monopole cellular antennas taller than 60 feet in height be reviewed as a Conditional Use. The request would increase the height of the monopole from 61 feet to 81 feet. The new antenna array will have a smaller overall diameter than the existing array.
