Click here to schedule an appointment us. Appointments are only being offered for those who need technical assistance applying for a building permit, we do not offer in-office plan review. Our office will continue to only accept electronic permit and plan submissions, paper applications and plans will not be accepted for review. ~ Building Code is currently reviewing 38 logged-in projects accepted for plan review on Oct 28th
~ Fire Code is currently reviewing 49 projects in queue accepted for plan review on Nov 11th

Self Help & General Information
All permit applications must be submitted electronically through the Citizen Access Portal.

After permit issuance, inspections can be scheduled through the Citizen Access Portal
Credit Card and E-Check payments are accepted made through the Citizen Access Portal.
Paper check payments are accepted by mailing the check with the appropriate invoice to the Salt Lake City Treasury.
Checks received without an invoice cannot be processed.
