West Temple Duplex

Salt Lake City has received a request from Adam Sapers, agent for the owners, to subdivide the lot at 1048 S West Temple to retain the existing single-family home and to construct a new duplex under a Planned Development. Planned Development approval is required due to the requested relief from lot area (8,000 SF to 6,000 SF) and lot width (50 FT to 37 FT) requirements for the new duplex.

- The project will be reviewed as a Planned Development proposal by Staff and will be scheduled for a public hearing at an upcoming Planning Commission meeting.
