Salt Lake City has received a zoning map amendment request to rezone the two properties at 3052 E Emigration Canyon Road from FR-2/21,780 Foothills Residential District to RMF-75 High Density Multi-Family Residential District. The site is approximately 5.96 acres. The RMF-75 zone would allow a 75’ tall building with up to 335 units, however the applicant has indicated they would build 199 units or fewer due to fire code restrictions.

- Notice of this application has been sent to the Chair of the East Bench Community Council, where the property is located, who may choose to schedule the matter at an upcoming meeting.
