The applicant, Bruce Bastian, is seeking Planned Development approval for The Paxton, which is a mixed-use building located at 203 – 225 W Paxton Avenue. The project has a ground-floor retail/commercial space, 302 residential units, and a total of seven floors. The applicant has requested a setback modification on the eastern border of the project, as well as a reduction of the parking requirements. The applicant’s narrative explains their intention to create more affordable housing units.

- The Planning Commission will then hold a public hearing for additional public comments and make the final decision on the matter.
