Administrative Hearings

In response to COVID-19 and recent Earthquakes; During this time, the Planning Division will be hosting public meetings electronically pursuant to Salt Lake City Emergency Proclamation No. 2 of 2020 (2)(b).

Administrative Hearings are held on as needed basis on the fourth Thursday of the month. These items can be approved administratively according to city ordinance, but may be forwarded to the Planning Commission based on the decision of the acting Zoning Administrator.

Administrative Hearings will not have an anchor location at the City and County Building, until further notice.

Administrative Hearing participants will connect remotely. If you are interested in attending the Administrative Hearing, meeting times and link to the virtual meeting will be listed on the agenda.
