COUNCIL: July 9 RDA and Council Meeting Recap

At Tuesday’s meeting, the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) Board approved more than $11 million in loans for a development at 255 South State Street. The project will be a mixed-use, mixed-income housing development of 190 units varying in size and affordability, with approximately two-thirds of the units for people making 20 to 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). The project will also feature a public walkway and rehabilitate the historic Cramer House. The project is expected to be completed by mid-2022.
