The feeling of spring renewal was on full display during Pothole Palooza this month, when Salt Lake City street crews filled 4,509 potholes in one week.

Speaking of momentum, congratulations to the Utah Mammoth on making it to the Stanley Cup Playoffs. We’re proud to rally behind the team as they represent Salt Lake on the ice.

Major milestone for renewable electricity

Salt Lake City just took a major step toward achieving net-100% renewable electricity. The City Council adopted an ordinance on April 21 allowing participation in the Community Clean Energy Program.

Landscape Equipment Exchange

Clean Air SLC Landscaping Equipment Exchange Program is now open. Residents can apply for funding to switch to electric landscaping tools.

Tree planting

We celebrated more than 6,000 trees planted on the west side—an investment in cleaner air and healthier neighborhoods.
