This natural area surrounds Memory Grove Park. It offers the off-leash designated Freedom Trail for dog owners and the a hiking/walking Lower City Creek Loop Trail as a great place to enjoy nature. The area helps preserve the quality of water flowing from City Creek as well as provide a habitat for wildlife. It is rich in pioneer history and provides city residents with a place to escape the urban landscape.
