City paid Term Life and AD&D policies with $50,000 in coverage are offered to all employees at the start of employment.

Employees may choose to purchase increased coverage or add coverage for their spouse and/or dependents.

Flat election $15,000 for child. No EOI required.

GI amounts $300,000 for employees (max coverage amount $750,000. May be subject to underwriting).

GI amounts $100,000 for spouse (max coverage amount $500,000. May be subject to underwriting).
