Community Office Hours

On behalf of Mayor Mendenhall, we are excited to announce the new 2024 Office Hours Schedule. Beginning February 2024, you can catch the Mayor’s Outreach Team every other month, in communities throughout the City! To find out when they will be in your community, please scroll down to the schedule listed below.

What are community “Office Hours”?

We’re glad you asked! Community Office Hours is when the Mayor’s Liaisons head out to various communities and set up a temporary office area for community members to stop by and chat. The Mayor’s Liaisons and Outreach Team are always out in the community, meeting people where they live, work, and play! If you can’t it make it to our designated Office Hours, that’s okay. We also attend community council meetings, attend community events, and we are more than happy to coordinate a scheduled time to meet with members of the community for discussions on your needs, feedback for the Mayor, or help navigating the City.

It is advised to reach out to the host organization and the community liaison team to ensure the meeting is indeed taking place as scheduled and the Mayor’s team will be in attendance.
