Director of Community Outreach
Weston Clark started at Salt Lake City at the beginning of the Mendenhall Administration in January 2020. Prior to that, he worked five years at Salt Lake County working for Mayor Wilson as both a policy advisor and community outreach coordinator. His community work has varied over the years from working in politics, LGBTQ advocacy, and other issues related to equity and education. In his previous life to public service he was a high school teacher where he taught social studies at Viewmont High School. Weston has a masters degree in city and metropolitan planning from the University of Utah and lives with his husband, two kids, and four dogs in Salt Lake City.
