Success Stories: The Façade Grant and the RoHa Brewing Project

March 3, 2024

The RoHa Brewing Project was awarded funding from the Housing Stability Division Neighborhood Business Improvement Program (NBIP), a.k.a. the Façade Grant. They were able to leverage their funding to improve their outdoor facilities and adapt to new community needs. You can read more about their story at our featured RoHa Brewing story linked here.

The staff at the RoHa Brewing Project had this to say about their award:

RoHa Brewing Project is the proud recipient of the Façade Grant which is helping our small business in the heart of the Ballpark neighborhood spruce up our exterior… This time of positive change in our neighborhood is helping increase home value, and helping attract other small businesses to the area. As the area grows, our business will do better, and also be able to help prop up new small businesses around us. We are grateful for the opportunity to receive these funds, make some positive changes in our area, and be in business to watch the positive result.
