Utah Mortgage Assistance
What is it?
The Community Development Corporation has partnered with the State of Utah Department of Workforce Services to provide mortgage assistance to households who have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Am I Eligible?
- Have a household income that is less than or equal to 100% of the county area median income (AMI) in which the household resides or 100% of AMI for the United States, OR facing immediate foreclosure.
- Experienced financial hardship related to COVID-19.
- Own and occupy a property that is your primary residence.
- NOT currently participating in the Emergency Rental Assistance Program or any other rental assistance program.
