
Hey Salt Lake City, our community has some incredible grant opportunities coming available this Fall. We are looking for your input on how we can use these grants to better our city and our communities. Please see the grants below and when comments are being accepted for each one.
Salt Lake City is currently accepting public comments on the usage of the following grants from February 12th 2023 through March 21st 2023:
HOME Investment Partnership Program – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP)
HOME-ARP funds may be used to create affordable housing opportunities, tenant-based rental assistance, supportive services, homeless prevention services, housing counseling, or purchase and development of non-congregate shelter for qualifying populations.

Salt Lake City will be accepting a public comment on usage of the following grants from March 21st 2023 through April 18th 2023:
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
CDBG funds may be used for the development of viable urban communities by providing decent housing and suitable living environments for persons of low-and moderate-income.
Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)
ESG funds may be used to assist individuals and families regain housing stability after experiencing a housing or homelessness crisis.
HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)
HOME funds may be used to create affordable housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income households.
Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA)
HOPWA funds may be used to provide housing assistance and related supportive services to persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families.
