The Applicant has proposed the construction of a 71-unit mixed used development at approximately 534 East 2100 South by the name of “Izzy South”. This building will mirror a sister project across the street to the North, “Izzy North” and will take the place of the strip mall building currently located on the lot. The Applicant has proposed the inclusion of a small commercial space which they anticipate will be utilized as a small coffee shop or café.
