Housing Stability Division Publishes New Quarterly Report

The Housing Stability Division of Salt Lake City has published a new quarterly report for January – March 2024. This report provides an update on local housing market conditions and the work accomplished by Housing Stability Division (HSD) during the previous quarter. Included in this report is a series of summary project statistics, a special project highlight, and a guide for determining Area Median Income.

The purpose of these reports is to transparently communicate the work done by HSD both to internal stakeholders and the general public. To that end, this and future quarterly reports will be made available on the About Housing Stability webpage.
