Salt Lake City will make available for public comments the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, prepared by the Salt Lake City Corporation.

In accordance with the Federal Regulations 24 CFR Part 570, the CAPER describes the activities undertaken during this time period with funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the following programs:

  • Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
  • Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)
  • Home Investment Partnership (HOME)
  • Housing Opportunities for Persons With HIV/AIDS (HOPWA)

The projects, activities and accomplishments described in the CAPER principally benefit low- and moderate-income residents of the City, and are based on the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and associated 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan.

A copy of the CAPER Report 2022-2023 program year will be made available at the ‘About Housing Stability Division’ webpage. Comments will be accepted from September 12, 2024 through September 28, 2024.
