Northstar Builders is requesting approval for a Planned Development to subdivide the property at 850 S Jefferson Street in order to construct one new “urban dwelling” and three “rowhomes” on the site. The existing single-family home will be retained and renovated. Planned Development approval is required for lots without public street frontage, modification of perimeter setbacks, and for two feet of additional building height on the three proposed rowhomes.
