Salt Lake City has received a request from Shawn Anderson and Richard Anderson, property owners, for Conditional Use approval to convert the existing accessory structure on the property to a detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 1857 S 200 E. The property is located in the R-1-5,000 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.

Conditional Use approval is required for the following items:

  • Conversion of an existing accessory structure into a detached accessory dwelling unit (21A.33.020).
