The Salt Lake City Planning Division has received a planned development and subdivision application. The reason for the request is to divide the lot and build a single-family home as shown above. The request is for approval to divide the property into two lots at 561 S McClelland St. The proposed lot meets the minimum lot area of 2000 square feet at 2,399 square feet. An interior lot is required to have a lot width of 30 feet and the proposed lot is approximately 50 feet wide. The proposed lots, however, do not form a public street. All lots or parcels created by the subdivision of land shall have access to a public street, unless a private street or modified standards are approved by the Planning Commission as part of a planned development
