Travis Nicholes of JZW Architects, representing the property owner, is proposing an affordable housing residential development with 307 units and 119 parking stalls. This project is located in the Transit Station Mixed Use Employment Center Core (TSA-MUEC-C) zoning district. Design Review approval by the Planning Commission is required for this proposal because it includes a building façade longer than 200 feet along Orange Street. This Design Review requires review and approval by Planning Commission prior to the development of the site. A public hearing with the Planning Commission has not been scheduled at this time.

- Notice of this application has been sent to the Chair of the Poplar Grove and Jordan Meadows Community Councils where the property is located, who may choose to schedule the matter at an upcoming meeting. Please contact the chair(s) of these organizations to determine whether a community council will review this petition and when and how that meeting will occur. - During and following this comment period, the Planning Division will evaluate the proposal against the applicable standards, taking into consideration public comments as they relate to the standards, and develop a recommendation for the Planning Commission.
- The Planning Commission will then hold a public hearing for additional public comments and make the final decision on the matter.
