Susan Finlayson has twenty years of experience in community-based agriculture, most recently serving as the Community Garden Program Director at Wasatch Community Gardens, where she helped launch Salt Lake City’s Green City Growers Program, working with Salt Lake City residents to develop community gardens on underutilized City lands. Ms. Finlayson has a Masters of Science in Horticulture & Agronomy from the University of California, Davis, and has taught organic gardening at the University of Utah for six years.
