Brown curbside yard waste cans will not be collected from January 20 – February 28, 2025
in order to save fuel costs and reduce emissions.
Collection resumes the week of March 3, 2025 – weather permitting.

Winter Suspension for Brown Cans

January 13 – 17, 2025, is the last week the brown compost/yard waste can will be collected during the winter. Make sure your holiday tree, leaves, or remaining yard clippings are placed in the bin that week

Holiday trees are composted! Please remove all ornaments and lights. No flocked trees are accepted.

To fit in the compost truck, please cut up your tree and place in the brown bin. Please do not over-pack the brown bins.

Compost collection will tentatively resume the week of March 3, 2025.
