New Employee Orientation New full-time employees are required to attend new employee orientation. Orientation is held every other Tuesday at HR’s office (5th Floor Aspen Room, 349 S. 200 E., Salt Lake City, UT 84111). It starts at 8:30am and ends at 4:45pm. HR and your supervisor will inform you about what day you need to attend. At orientation, you’ll learn valuable information about employee health benefits, retirement options, the City’s wellness program, cyber-security, development opportunities, and more!
