James Phelps received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Idaho and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Utah. He worked as a Configuration Analyst for ADP, Actuarial Specialist for the State of Utah and as a Senior Administrative Analyst for the State of New York. James enjoys spending time with his family, running, hiking, camping, and mountain biking. James also works with a non-profit to get more kids on bikes.
