Jami McCart is the Workplace Equity Manager for Salt Lake City.  Her responsibilities include oversight of the ADA and EEO program. Jami brings to the City over 20 years of Human Resource and administrative oversight experience.  Prior to working with the City, she was the HR Director for Tooele County, there she provided expertise and leadership in the County Personnel Management Act, Payroll, and Personnel Budget for Tooele County.

Jami is the Chair of the Employer’s Council Advisory Board for the State of Utah where she shares the interest of creating a diverse, skilled, and stable workforce for the Wasatch Front.  She also is a Hearing Officer for Salt Lake County’s Career Service Council.  Jami has a BS from Virginia Tech University and a MS from Old Dominion University.  She holds both a Senior Professional Human Resource Certification as well as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional’s Certificate.
