Stephanie joined the city in 2011. Coming from the private sector, she had worked for a giant international forest product company for 14 years providing training and consultation to thousands of employees throughout U.S., western Canada and Europe. She has extensive training & OD experiences in leadership, interpersonal & organizational effectiveness, communication skills, negotiation skills, TQ Improvement, etc. In 2000, her family moved to Australia and enjoyed a 9-year ‘vacation’ in the beautiful Gold Coast while working as the Director of Administration for a financial consulting company.
Stephanie LOVES the training profession and believes in equipping employees with essential soft skills that would enable them not only to be valuable employees, but also true team members who contribute to the enjoyment of the work environment. “A learning organization is a winning organization”, Stephanie strives to make the City a place where employees are excited about ever-improving their skills — having fun learning while having fun working!
