Recently we have been receiving phone calls from customers regarding Public Utilities calling them and hanging up. Please note that Public Utilities would never call our customers regarding their account unless it was a true emergency. These phone calls are not coming from Public Utilities but from people spoofing our phone number. Public Utilities would never call asking for personal information about our customers.
