FEMA has announced award recipients for more than $2.3 billion in grant funding through the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant program.

The state of Utah is receiving more than $100 million dollars in funding for three projects:  $50 million for an aquifer storage recharging system in Provo, $36 million to rebuild and retrofit Salt Lake City’s City Creek Water Treatment Plant, and $21 million for a pipeline project in the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District.
