We recently learned of at least one third-party online-bill pay service that is charging SLC Public Utilities customers $5 per month to pay their bill. We also learned that this service in some cases has delayed remitting payment to beyond its due date, resulting in a Department sending utility shut-off notices to customers. Please note: We do not charge a fee for using our online bill pay! And if you pay online directly to our Department by the due date, we will promptly update your account.
