Important Notice COVID-19: Hours open on a very limited basis

With concern for public and employee safety during COVID-19, our main facility at 1530 S. West Temple in Salt Lake City is open on a limited basis. Please note that symptomatic customers will not be allowed to enter the building.
Customer Service: In-person service is not available. For bill payment, account questions, or to purchase a Hive pass please call Customer Service at 801-483-6900 or contact us at visit https://www.slc.gov/utilities/pay-my-bill/. Please feel free to use the payment drop box (red fire hydrant) located at Northside of our building for non-cash payments.
Development Services: In person service hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm. Phone access is available from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday at 801-483-6727. Email assistance is available at pudevserv@slcgov.com.
For permits, such as Sewer Repair/Demo/Water Service and Storm Water NOI’s, one customer at a time will be allowed to enter the building. Please call from the parking lot for assistance and direction 801-483-6727.
For Plan Review, walk in reviews are currently suspended.
-For projects located within Salt Lake City boundaries plan review submittals must be submitted on line at https://www.slc.gov/buildingservices/
-For projects located outside SLC boundaries, but within SLCDPU water service area, please call 801-483-6727 for direction to drop off or pick up plans.
